My name is Carolyn and I've been a health fanatic for over 30 years and now I am a personal trainer Bayside Melbourne for 25 years!
Don't get me wrong, I love my share of bad foods, but I've trained my body over the years to burn it off. I can teach you too. I love doing our 10 day Detox regularly, but all in moderation means I don't have to 'diet'. Let's face it, no one likes that word, and we shouldn't have to use it.
