ME

Hi, I’m Carolyn. I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for over 30 years and have worked as a personal trainer in Bayside Melbourne for the past 25 years. Health and movement have always been a huge part of my life,not from a place of restriction, but from learning how to truly look after my body.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy my share of “bad” foods. I simply believe in balance. Over the years, I’ve trained my body to burn fuel efficiently, so I don’t have to live on strict diets or give up the foods I enjoy. I love a focused healthy eating shred every now and then, but moderation means I don’t have to “diet”, and I don’t believe anyone should. Health should support your life, not control it.

I’ve challenged my body in many different ways over the years, from fun runs and half marathons to a full marathon, Oxfam events, trail runs, and obstacle courses such as Tough Mudder and Stampede. These experiences have shaped the way I train my clients. Whether you want to train for an event or simply feel stronger and more capable in everyday life, my focus is always on functional movement that supports real life.

I love variety and make sure I cross-train regularly, because it keeps the body strong, motivated, and injury-free. That’s exactly why I created my group personal training schedule, to keep sessions fresh, challenging, and enjoyable while delivering real results.

Our Misson 

My mission is to help people value their own lives and prioritise their health, without guilt, pressure, or extremes. It’s never too late to start your fitness journey. My mum didn’t begin until she was 66, and more than 10 years later, both she and my dad are living medication-free through consistent exercise and good nutrition.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people achieve sustainable fitness and weight loss results, not just physically but mentally as well. Stress is one of the biggest contributors to weight gain and poor health. By addressing stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and confidence, I believe people can reclaim their health, energy, and quality of life. I know this because I’ve lived it, and now I help others do the same.
