My name is Carolyn and I am a Personal Trainer who is passionate about health and fitness. I offer regular group outdoor training weight loss program at Basterfield Park in Hampton East. These classes are suitable for both men, women and teenagers.
Don't like the gym? You're not alone. Getting more fresh air to oxygenate our brains improves performance. Maybe you go to a gym for weights and cycle but would like to do our cardio or kickboxing as casual. No problem. Are you a runner or cyclist that doesn't do any weights? You will get more of an edge if you do weights to strengthen those muscles that get neglected.

Did you know increased oxygen consumption burns more fat? A 30min high intensity bodyweight workout will get your heart pumping and your lungs working hard. If fat burning or weight loss is one of your goals – this is the class for you. If you know HiiT then this is my version.
What a fantastic total body workout! Learn some self defence moves then kick & punch your stress away while getting fit and losing weight at the same time. Using kickbags & focus pads for various punching and kicking moves combined with cardio for improved fitness. Kickboxing also helps strengthen your back. You can gain confidence by unleashing your inner ninja. BYO gloves.
Bad Back or Hips?
Our core muscles are made up of abdominal and back muscles. By strengthening these postural muscles & straightening our spine, we will stand and sit more erect, appearing taller, slimmer and more confident, also reducing the risk of injury later on.
My Strong Core class is suitable for pregnant women wanting to stay strong and healthy during the term of their pregnancy and recover more quickly post birth.
If you can't get to our sessions in person then join us online for Hiit (high intensity interval training), Circuit/Core & stretch. Perfect for the mums at home, busy executives or anyone time poor that can't regularly get to the gym. Do the recordings in your own time if you like & incorporate with your own walks/jogs.
Resistance Training for everyone
Circuit training increases your metabolism and improves your posture while strengthening your muscles and bones. You’ll feel stronger and enhance your body’s ability to burn fat. Resistance training is a form of strength training where resistance is used against a muscle and is the ideal session for the time poor and those who want to become a fat burning machine.

Maybe you’d like to learn how to go from a walker to a jogger, or jogger to runner? I can show you how.
Doing my interval style sessions you will definitely improve your speed and fitness! If you’re aiming to complete your first fun run, a personal best time or just be fit for life, I'll give you the motivation and guidance to get you there.
Why is flexibility so important? Tight hips can strain your knee. Tight hamstrings may result in back pain. Inflexible muscles can cause poor posture, neck pain and difficulty performing daily tasks.
If you have a sedentary job then stretching is a must for you!
Yoga complements everything our other sessions offer by stretching & strengthening your muscles. De-stress, unwind & do your body a favour by tuning it up so it’s more efficient and recovers better - ready to go again.
